Right of Withdrawal

14-day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. The deadline expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

How to Withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., by email).

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except supplementary costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your notification.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
